Back by Popular Demand
Ok, so I planned to return on Inauguration Day, January 20th, but demand from my personal thoughts requires me to return sooner than I had anticipated. I thought about {DD} often while I was enjoying my holiday vacation, but as I did not write during that time, I will have to wait for those ideas to come back to me. In the meantime, I am excited about Barack Obama being named the 44th President of the United States of America. I am also excited about a renewal in my life, but I cannot discuss it until I know it will be successful. I hope to speak of it soon. To all my readers, welcome back! Know that the principles under which I created {DD} still stand, and I hope to continue posting.
The Golden Rule
So, I am, finally, treating a man the way I would never want to be treated. I understand a lot of things that I didn't understand before. It's hard to hurt someone's feelings to tell them that you're not interested for no other reason than you're not interested. Especially after you were nice to them so they may have thought you were.
And, I am, holding back from telling someone the way I really feel about them, which makes me a giant hypocrite because I always want people to be straight up with me. But in a way, I feel like the truth will cause way more drama than not saying anything at all. Is silence a quiet form of lying? (hmm...that should be a new post)
Bottom line...the golden rule is a hard rule to follow.
